Maintenance + Management

Prevent small problems from becoming BIG issues

Created with Proactive Prevention in Mind.

Our Maintenance Program helps our customers maintain the quality and integrity of their commercial roof while extending the functional lifespan… all while honoring their brand warranty.

Protection for the future.

We believe that with intentional awareness and consistent evaluation, time and weather derived damage can easily be identified and repaired before a roof's exterior has been irreparably compromised.

42 Construction's team of professionals identify and fix roofing issues before they become costly problems. Our Maintenance Program was designed with a progressive three step system to grant each customer the freedom to chose the correct coverage for their needs. Each preventative step was created to provide our community with different measures designed to increase the longevity of their roofing system, and further increase their chances of eliminating a premature capital expense.

How it works:

  • Our program begins with an initial inspection of the roof. To ensure the system is functioning properly, our technicians will look for any signs of damage on the membrane, flashings, seams, walls, and all components of the drainage/termination system. They will evaluate the entirety of the surface for defects such as deterioration and leakage. Our technicians take special care to map out the roof layout, and will send a detailed report of of our findings and recommendations once the evaluation is complete.

  • Once the initial inspection is complete, a maintenance specialist will :

    • free gutters and drainage areas of debris

    • clear and remove any environmental debris and harmful chemicals from membranes and other surface areas

    • -cleaning the surface to remove dirt and grime to maintain maximum reflectivity of white membranes

    • conduct any small repairs

  • Our repair specialists are equipped to handle any damages that were found during the inspection stage. Large repair will require a quote before any work will be completed.
